Making your booking
Your booking is made as a consumer for the purpose of a holiday and for this reason only. By clicking the terms and conditions button you accept that the contract (Booking Confirmation) between us will only be formed when we send you our written confirmation (Booking Confirmation Email) and is subject to these terms and conditions. Paying for your booking
A deposit is required in order for the booking to be confirmed. You are required to make your payment on line through Villas4u website. Deposits from property to property might be different, but in general they are from 25% up to 40%. This is visible in the Booking & Cancelation Policy of each one of them

For this reason a copy of proof of identity from the card holder that made the booking along with the credit card that was used to make the booking, might be ask on arrival. If not, we are entitled not to let you enter the property

Security Deposits
In some properties a security is payable on arrival before the beginning of the tenancy, to cover during your stay the cost of any damages to the property or its contents. The amount must be paid with cash at the time of check-in directly to the Homeowner or keyholder. The amount less any applicable claims will be refunded to you in the same way it was paid to us. At the time of check-out

In the event that: any balance required from you is not paid in accordance with the timeframes set out in the Cancellation Policy; or you do not arrive at the property within 24 hours of your arrival time without notifying us, then we shall be entitled to treat your Booking as being cancelled by you and the Cancellation Policy shall apply.
