Villa Alkistis consists of two levels an aggregate area of 85sqm. On the outside, there is a big exclusive garden of 150sqm, furnished terrace and sunbathing deck, pool of exclusive use, 4 x 7,5 m., as well as 2 parking places inside the complex area. Looking indoors, on the first level there is an open space living-room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, as well as a bathroom. At the second level there are two double bedrooms and one more bathroom.
