Able to host up to 8 guests (6 for the Ground Floor villa), with big, bright bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen, Ammouda Villas turn family holidays more attractive and dreamy than ever! GROUND FLOOR VILLA The Ground Floor Villa complies with the same, sophisticated design and luxury imperatives, as the other villas of the resort, but it does not have the structure of a condo. All its rooms (60m2 total surface) are in the same level: one master bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with shower and one single, big space with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher & washing machine) and living room, where the sofa can turn into a double bed. Ground Floor Villa can host up to 4-6 persons. Other features include the flat screen TV, air-condition, ceiling fan and fridge. Smoking is prohibited inside the villas.

Excellent and modern villas, friendly and caring staff as well as good organisation. Perfect location, wonferful beach in front of the villas. The villas are on walking distance to local shops, restaurants.

Great Place excellent service we just got back from a week at Ammouda Villas and can't wait to come back again. it was by far the best Beach vacation experience we had, and we go almost every year to a family vacation in Greece. From the moment we arrived till the second we left we enjoyed everything about the Villas- the great welcome and extremely helpful Kosta the manager is responsible to meet every desire, to the hospitality of the owner Makis and his family. The villas is very convenient, externally clean. the garden is beautiful and pleasant, and the highlight is of course the private beach!!! Not to mention the family like atmosphere and nice events throughout the week. we stated at Villa # 4 which was nice and cozy and the kitchen was well equipped- (hope they will add a Nesspreso machine) please note that the bathrooms are a bit small but are still ok. the towels and sheets are crisp and clean! the balcony is a great place to eat with the sea view and enjoy the garden; and the fresh vegetables from the garden are a real treat ! In short for a family of 3 teenagers and 2 parents it was paradise! defiantly on the top of our list!
