On the outside, there is a big exclusive garden of 150sqm, furnished terrace and sunbathing deck, pool of exclusive use, 4 x 7,5 m, as well as one parking place inside the complex area. Looking indoors, on the first level there is an open space living-room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, as well as a bathroom. At the second level there is one double bedroom, one office and one more bathroom.
