Olea Mare consists of two identical buildings constructed inside spacious gardens which encompass a swimming pool as well as a children's playground. Aesthetic quality and functionality were the decisive criteria for the choice of materials, the contemporary design and architecture. The same philosophy that dominates the interior moves to its exterior too. In the spacious, furnished balconies and the oasis of the gardens with its refreshing pool one can find a true haven of tranquility and relaxation. The position of the hotel is critical, since it is located between the two "legs" of Chalkidiki between Sithonia and Kassandra, making the access of the beaches very quick. These apartments are 38 square meters and they are consisted by a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a kitchen where a sofa that becomes a double bed, is located. The refined design , the careful selection of furniture together with the minimal lines and the use of light shades offer the perfect blend for peaceful, friendly surroundings where the outmost priority is high aesthetics plus comfort and relaxation.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, gegenüber gibt es ein gemütliches Restaurant das sehr gute speisen serviert und zugleich preisgünstig.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Das gesamte Grundstück sehr gepflegt, mit traumhaftem großen Pool. Eine kleine Oase. Die Lage ist praktisch wenn man Sinthonia und Kassandra anschauen möchte. Sie liegt ziemlich mittig, zwischen den zwei Halbinseln. Die Entfernungen sind so ca. 30-60 Min. zu anderen schönen Orten und Stränden. Direkt bei der Unterkunft ist man ganz schnell ( 3 Min. zu Fuß ) beim Supermarkt, Bäcker und was man sonst noch so braucht. Gegenüber ist ein sehr gutes und preislich angenehmes Lokal mit griechischen Spezialitäten.
