Our complex of 11 brand new luxurious villas sits on top of a hill overlooking the bay of Toroneos and are fully equipped to cover every need you have in order to relax and rest during your vacations. Every one of the villas is decorated and furnished in a totally unique and contemporary way and they vary in size and room capacity so they can attain to the needs of couples and whole families but they all have the same high standards of accommodation and luxury. Our team of architects and mechanics designed and built these eight private palaces having in mind the values of relaxation, hospitality and safety. Each villa comes with a spacious swimming pool and jacuzzi were you can relax with your family in a private and controlled environment while you gaze at the spectacular view of the village of Hanioti and the bay of Toroneos while the peninsula of Sithonia and the holy mountain of Athos on the background fills your horizon. Two of our villas have also indoors jacuzzi and there is also our spa villa which is equipped with a fully operational sauna. In our resort you will also find a small gym to make sure you stay fit during your vacations a Spa with an indoor salt water heated swimming pool and a sauna. Our spa offers many different beauty programs. There is highly trained staff by your side taking care of every detail and need you might have. The brand new Sunny Villas Exclusive is now available and it offers guests luxury and comfort while it can satisfy even the most demanding guests. The Sunny Villas exclusive consists of 3 villas one with 4 bedrooms which is 180 sqm and another 2 villas with 3 bedrooms each, 160 sqm. All villas have private swimming pools.

Chose Sunny Villas (villa Athos) for my birthday treat. The 3 bedrooms worked well as I brought my 2 grown up children. The villa was spotlessly clean and felt homely. It was lovely to have seating to the front and rear of the villa. We found the surroundings to be so peaceful with lovely views out to sea. The owners were helpful and passionate about their business, advised on places to eat and places to visit. We chose several of them and were not disappointed. We also hired the family yacht as a treat, it was a fabulous experience ! Thank you. We walked into the centre several times......yes it is hilly, but worth it, plenty of bars and restaurants, it took about 20 mins walk home. We found the supermarket and bakery at the bottom of the road very useful.

We spend an 11 day holiday at Sunny Villa's this summer. We experienced an excellent and personal service by the staff to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The manager even took us to the local doctor when my son had a run-in with a sea-urchin. The villa’s are luxurious and clean. Both supermarket and city center are walking distance from the villa‘s. The full-day boat trip offered by the staff was the absolute high-light of out holiday.
