Our complex of 11 brand new luxurious villas sits on top of a hill overlooking the bay of Toroneos and are fully equipped to cover every need you have in order to relax and rest during your vacations. Every one of the villas is decorated and furnished in a totally unique and contemporary way and they vary in size and room capacity so they can attain to the needs of couples and whole families but they all have the same high standards of accommodation and luxury. Our team of architects and mechanics designed and built these eight private palaces having in mind the values of relaxation, hospitality and safety. Each villa comes with a spacious swimming pool and jacuzzi were you can relax with your family in a private and controlled environment while you gaze at the spectacular view of the village of Hanioti and the bay of Toroneos while the peninsula of Sithonia and the holy mountain of Athos on the background fills your horizon. Two of our villas have also indoors jacuzzi and there is also our spa villa which is equipped with a fully operational sauna. In our resort you will also find a small gym to make sure you stay fit during your vacations a Spa with an indoor salt water heated swimming pool and a sauna. Our spa offers many different beauty programs. There is highly trained staff by your side taking care of every detail and need you might have. The villa is 110sqm. It has 2 master bedrooms, one on the ground floor with en suite bathroom with a whirlpool bath tub, and one at the first floor with a shared bathroom with the loft bedroom. It can accommodate up to 6 people plus one extra if someone wish to sleep at the living room couch. ( this villa has optional outdoor heated pool )

We had a very good and relaxing stay in Sunny Resort and Spa. Moutsis was very helpfull, told us good trips in the area and was very helpfull when we needed a doctor! The room was very clean, spaceius and comfortable. Good beds and wonderful bathroom. The private swimmingpool was also great, relaxing in the warm greek sun!

The Villas are a very high standard. They are situated a short way outside Hanioti, but within easy walking distance, they are in a quiet area. It is a lovely area for exploring. The Villa was very clean and furnished to a high standard. The views are fabulous. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Villas. There is a well equiped gym, a spa and a heated indoor pool.
