Our complex of 11 brand new luxurious villas sits on top of a hill overlooking the bay of Toroneos and are fully equipped to cover every need you have in order to relax and rest during your vacations. Every one of the villas is decorated and furnished in a totally unique and contemporary way and they vary in size and room capacity so they can attain to the needs of couples and whole families but they all have the same high standards of accommodation and luxury. Our team of architects and mechanics designed and built these eight private palaces having in mind the values of relaxation, hospitality and safety. Each villa comes with a spacious swimming pool and jacuzzi were you can relax with your family in a private and controlled environment while you gaze at the spectacular view of the village of Hanioti and the bay of Toroneos while the peninsula of Sithonia and the holy mountain of Athos on the background fills your horizon. Two of our villas have also indoors jacuzzi and there is also our spa villa which is equipped with a fully operational sauna. In our resort you will also find a small gym to make sure you stay fit during your vacations a Spa with an indoor salt water heated swimming pool and a sauna. Our spa offers many different beauty programs. There is highly trained staff by your side taking care of every detail and need you might have. This villa features one master bedroom with a double bed plus a loft bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom offers a unique shower room with hydro-jets and a rain shower head. It can accommodate up to 5 persons, including the living room couch. ( This villa has optional heated pool )

Hanioti is the number one choice from Greek people, for summer vacations. The village is beautiful, cosmopolitan, by the sea, on the east coast of the peninsula of Kassandra. It combines in a unique way the mountain and the sea and its position makes it a convenient starting point for all kind of excursions all over the first peninsula of Halkidiki. The village has amazing natural beauties, heavenly beaches with crystal clear waters and modern facilities for water sports. It provides the comforts of a cosmopolitan center with dozens of suggestions for entertainment through day and night. There are many springs and luscious vegetation in the area. The waters are crystal clear and the beaches have golden sand. Organized beach services are provided for water sports. Hanioti is alive and vibrant. Its paved roads are filled with a great variety of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars that will keep you entertained and give you the chance to experience international, Greek and local cuisine.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sunny Villas. It fulfills high standards. We are a family without a 4 year old sun and had a two bed villa. It's been the first time that we chose a villa instead of a (usually 5 stars) hotel. The view across the ocean from the pool is simply great and the villa offers everything you need Inc a fully fledged kitchen with large fridge, oven, microwave, dish washer, Toaster, dishes, ... We recommend to have a rental car and visit Sani beach (35 minutes) or the nice little villages close by (e.g. 25 minutes). There's an excellent bakery called Lemonis and a big supermarket (3 minutes each). You can even get fresh fish at a nice little shop located between supermarket and bakery. Last not least, we'd like to highlight the warm hospitality by Vasilis and his family!! Thank you so much for making this holiday a great experience.

Zauberhafte, ruhige Lage mit wahnsinnige Aussicht! Die Gastgeber, (Familienbetrieb) haben alles gemach, damit wir uns wie zuhause füllen. Eigene Pool mit großen Garten und Trasse sorgen für gute Stimmung. Die haben auch eigene Jacht mit Angel und Tauchausrüstung und bieten unterschiedliche Touren. Wir haben geangelt und meine Familie war begeistert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfählen.
