Our complex of 11 brand new luxurious villas sits on top of a hill overlooking the bay of Toroneos and are fully equipped to cover every need you have in order to relax and rest during your vacations. Every one of the villas is decorated and furnished in a totally unique and contemporary way and they vary in size and room capacity so they can attain to the needs of couples and whole families but they all have the same high standards of accommodation and luxury. Our team of architects and mechanics designed and built these eight private palaces having in mind the values of relaxation, hospitality and safety. Each villa comes with a spacious swimming pool and jacuzzi were you can relax with your family in a private and controlled environment while you gaze at the spectacular view of the village of Hanioti and the bay of Toroneos while the peninsula of Sithonia and the holy mountain of Athos on the background fills your horizon. Two of our villas have also indoors jacuzzi and there is also our spa villa which is equipped with a fully operational sauna. In our resort you will also find a small gym to make sure you stay fit during your vacations a Spa with an indoor salt water heated swimming pool and a sauna. Our spa offers many different beauty programs. There is highly trained staff by your side taking care of every detail and need you might have. Spa Sea View Villa - is also 85sqm. It is our SPA Villa and thats because at the loft it has a personal sauna and a jacuzzi for 2 persons. One master bedroom with a double bed, it can accommodate 1 more person at the living room couch which can open and become a bed.

Sunnyvillas have a great aspect looking out over the Agean sea and are a short uphill walk from Chaniotis. The villa is brolliantly equipped snd thete ate a range of additional services available from boat yrips to massage. We ordered a lunch from the menu which was feliveted complete with table cloth and cutlery. It was teally tasty and then it was all cleated awsy for us. The ownets are friendly and helpful. All in all this is a fantastic place to stay for a family.

This is one of my favorite holidays ever. It was amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was great. The villas were amazing and now they have completed there newest villas we are going to go back and visit there. It's a place we will be going back to every year.
