calme absolu, maisons magnifiques et bien équipées, accueil très présent et chaleureux, un endroit magnifique pour le repos, la lecture, et les discussions entre proches autour des piscines. Un régal ! Plage Xenia Beach à conseiller !

The position of the resort is wonderful. Situated on the hill slopes near the village of Paliouri, each apartment has a breathtaking view of the sea, the neighboring peninsula of Sithonia as well as at the mighty Athos. The light breeze makes the evenings even in high summer pleasant. The complex is new, done with great care and architectural taste, taking account of the surrounding nature and the local tradition. The local area has very much to offer beginning with sandy beaches, clear waters and local cuisine which brings tasteful memories long after you leave the peninsula. The hospitality of the Kitsopoulos family who runs the resort rounds up the quality of this place. We highly recommend it and we are sure that we will come back again!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Terra Olivia, dans une villa avec piscine et vue imprenable sur la mer. Les gérants sont très sympathiques et accueillants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur cadeau de bienvenue. Le room service a très bien fonctionné et le cocktail-création du chef est top ! Ce que nous avons adoré ce sont les petits-déjeuners: fait maison, super cadre toujours avec la vue sur la mer, puis petite baignade dans la piscine commune. Tout était très propre et bien entretenu. Nous recommandons vivement Terra Olivia pour vos prochaines vacances.
