Cedar Bay Beachside villas is a complex that lies on the coast between the White Mountains and the Libyan Sea, between two virgin beaches on the Grammeno peninsula, under the bluest skies and amongst rare cedar trees. The villas are found in a 7- acre private area, located at the southwest end of Crete, part of Chania's prefecture and a mere 5' drive from the popular destination of Paleochora. The three stylish villas are exceptionally designed, stone-built and detached, each with a private swimming pool and with direct access to the pale golden sand of Grammeno Beach and Votsalo Beach, a quiet, long pebbly beach. There is a beach bar right next to the villas and three tavernas in a walking distance. The villas are the ideal starting point to explore the dramatic south coast of Crete with the numerous beaches and discover the Cretan nature. The villas welcome exclusively, adults and couples. However, in the event of an inquiry for all three villas by a single party of guests, children are happily accepted. All the villas can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. Villa Lithos is a stylish two-bedroom, three bathrooms beachside villa with private pool. It is a two-storey, stone-built, detached villa with direct access to two beaches (Grammeno Beach-sandy and Votsalo Beach pebbled). The ground floor includes a cosy living room with two comfortable sofas, multimedia equipment, a modern pellet stove and discrete decorative features. It also includes a contemporary open plan kitchen, a dining area that seats 4 and a stylishly tiled bathroom. The upper floor consists of two exquisite double bedrooms, even with custom-made, modern wooden furniture and generous individual closet spaces. Both bedrooms have en-suite semi-stone bathrooms, tiled in natural sand tones. The upper level opens out to a wonderful private terrace, with luxurious outdoor furniture. The villas outdoor private turquoise swimming pool covers a surface of 40sq.m and it is framed by a private veranda and contemporary designer furniture. Guests can either enjoy a cool breeze under the shade of the pergola that covers the veranda or they may sunbathe on their private chaises longues by the pool. Alternatively, there is also the attractive option of laying on the private chaises longues by the sea where one may be served snacks and refreshments from the next-door beach bar. Villa Lithos accommodates up to 4 adults. The villas welcome exclusively, adults and couples. However, in the event of an inquiry for all three villas by a single party of guests, children are happily accepted. All the villas can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
