It is a well-equipped villa run by a family, over a beautiful bay, filled with almost unlimited accommodation units suitable for guests of all ages. It sleeps up to 15 people in 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms split over two floors. Sited right on the sea provide you with the most incredible sea view, take advantage of the direct access to a little pebble cove and dive into the blue sea whilst, about 350 meters away you find an organized sandy beach. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner outside by the trees or from the private balcony of your bedroom.

Katerina Villa in the broader area of Petres, named after the imposing Petres Gorge and its river that ends up at the shore, just 12 km west of the medieval City of Rethymno. Petres is located at the east end of the vast sandy beach of Episkopi and Kavros, with some parts of rocky coves, ideal for fishing and snorkelling. The area is a serene place to stay, but also a well organised tourist destination with good proximity to some great traditional village to visit like Argyroupolis and some great taverns to enjoy local dishes like O kipos tis Arkoudenas. Rethymno has lots of cultural, shopping and entertainment options to have a memorable stay in Crete.

Au top !!! La vue, l'agencement très complet et la proximité des commerce ( 8km ). Vivement recommander pour un séjour entre mis ou en famille.

Stayed for a week with two families (10 person). Wonderful, spacious place with nice garden, pool, superb views to the sea and mountains. Plenty of room to be together and to have privacy. Seashore at the villa is nice for snorkeling, unless stronger northwinds. Sandy beaches are nearby though. Landlord is kindest person in area, with all the knowledge of local life. Suggesting strongly!

Perfect for groups and families, amazing location, it offers great quality of accommodation combined with excellent treatment from the owners. As about the price is reasonable to say the least compared with other villas close to the see and with lots of space. Highly recommended!!
