We stayed here for three nights in mid October. We arrived at around 11pm, and Veronique was there and ready to welcome us. The Dakos in the fridge for us were lovely! Really tasty and perfect after a day of travelling. We stayed in Joy and the suite was beautiful. Immaculate with some great features. We opted to have our pool heated and although it takes a while to heat it is worth the extra. Beds were super comfy, the robes and slippers were a welcome addition too. Breakfast was really great, a small but good selection of meats cheeses, eggs and bacon. As well as fruit and cereal. My partner doesn’t drink tea or coffee and the staff went out of their way to make him a hot chocolate each morning which he really loved. Although we didn’t use the gym it was a good space. The sauna and steam room were lovely and we used them in the evening. The location is quite remote, this was perfect for us. It was SO quiet and relaxing during the day. We had a car so getting around is really easy. Overall, it was a beautiful stay. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Crete.

Myself and my partner stayed at Onira suites at the start of October 2019 and the place was absolutely amazing. From booking the suites to checking out, the staff couldn’t be anymore accommodating and helpful. Veronica in particular was readily available to help with everything from showing us the suite to recommending restaurants for dinner to booking taxis. The great thing about the suites is that you have the exceptional hotel service whilst also receiving the freedom you get with booking your own villa.The breakfasts in the morning were fantastic and the chef was always there to greet you with a smile. I could not recommend this place anymore and if you have the opportunity to stay here you will not regret it. Thanks Onira for a wonderful stay in Crete!
