Physis Villas are located on the outskirts of the Agia traditional village in Chania, Crete, within a 10 minute walking distance from the lake of Agia, and only 10 minutes by car from the strikingly blue sea of the Cretan north coast. In a verdant farm of three acres near the artificial lake of Agia, at the homonymous countryside village, nestle Physis Villas. Constructed in 2017, two completely independent villas of prestige design with private pools are located on a lush green peaceful environment and promise an exceptional natural stay. Physis Villas are surrounded by a large garden, which is formed for the purpose of generously offering all the products of the Cretan land, grow all kinds of domestic aromatic plants and offer several kinds of fruit trees. Thalia contains 2 luxury bedrooms with their private bathrooms while the temperature can be fixed with their air-conditions. A fully equipped kitchen will be on your services and a grande living room with air-condition and one wonderful fireplace for the winter period. An extra fully equipped bathroom at the living room is availiable.

Bellissimo posto immerso nella campagna a una mezz'ora di distanza da Chania. Casa molto accogliente e Erato disponibilissima per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Piacevolissima la piscina privata e il giardino per ritagliarsi anche momenti di puro relax. Consigliatissima.

En väldigt trevlig och nyligen byggd villa i ett lugnt läge. Villan består av flera större lägenheter med privat pool till varje lägenhet. Omgärdad av en fantastisk trädgård med blommor, frukt och grönsaker som vi fick skörda fritt. Ett bra läge några kilometer från Chania kusten. Ägarfamiljen är mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående med höga ambitioner på att ge en bra upplevelse till sina gäster.

It is a quiet place located in the heart of nature and its sounds. It is next to the beautiful lake of Agia, but also near the city center of chania. It is a perfect spot for people who want both relaxation and activity. The villa is brand nee and modern. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it!
