Santa Maria Village located in Adamas, the port town of Milos, Santa Maria Village is conveniently located just 300 meters from Papikinos beach, and a short walk from Adamas is many restaurants, cafeterias and shops. This combination of privacy on one hand, and proximity to the beach and to the bulk of the islands facilities on the other. Sitting in our pool area enjoying a refreshment with a breathtaking view of the beautiful gulf of Milos, it is difficult to imagine that Adamas and the nearest beach are right at your feet. Santa Maria Village consists of seven buildings of traditional architecture endowed with modern facilities. The hotel offers rooms, suites and maisonettes, each featuring a view of our plush garden, the pool, or the sea. Our property spreads over a gentle hill area of 12,000 square metres, where the many trees and vegetation in our well-kept garden provide a real sense of relaxation and privacy. Santa Maria Village strives to provide a unique Cycladic and hospitable environment for every one of its guests. We aim to provide a magical and unforgettable experience. The Deluxe Suite with Mountain and Seaside View is 65 sq2 fully furnished, upper level living quarters with a king-size bed, and separate living room, telephone, satellite television, coffee machine, a safe-box (laptop size) and air conditioning and a hair dryer. It has a balcony with a side view of Adamas bay . The bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and a second larger bathroom with bathtub. The sofa in the living room converts into a bed that may sleep additionally one or two persons. The Deluxe Suite is a very comfortable room, which can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Local recommendations

Milos has 7 museums, 3 of which are in Adamas. They each reveal a different side of the culture in Milos and are interesting in their own way. You can easily spend half a day just walking around Adamas and admiring the Cycladic architecture. The village is on a hill, so you will be rewarded with views over the bay and the island. Walk along the port and you’ll find a ton of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from that’ll suit every mood. Also you will find full of cute little shops you won't find anywhere else on the island. Stroll the streets and take in the locally made products. If you need a break from drinking, shopping, and eating, break out your bathing suit and check out one of the two local beaches. Both have sun loungers you can rent out for a few euros and restaurants nearby. Lagada beach is west of the Adamas port, walking distance from restaurants and cafes. Alternatively, Papinikou beach is a bit farther down the coast and is more serene.

The location was perfect, 10 mins walk to restaurants, port and buses. The pool area was stunning and there were always sun beds, the pool bar was good and provided towels. The room was lovely, quiet with comfortable beds, cleaned daily. Milos was a magical place and this was the best place we saw to stay on the Island. Breakfast was included and was one of the best buffets with all fresh tasty food. Mainly couples, we had our teenage son with us and he loved it too.

The breakfast was fantastic, help yourself and choose to eat inside or outside. Greek people are lovely and always willing to offer assistance. The staff were absolutely fantastic, pool lovely and an all round good place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The pool is just magnificent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable!
