In the area of Oskelos Kastraki on the island of Naxos, on a mildly sloping plot with spectacular views to the west and the island of Paros, two independent summer residences are built. Access to them from the parking area is made through a common, intermediate, open route, linking the front and back courtyards, while also being their theoretical dividing line. Villa North has a total indoor surface of 100 m2 with two bedrooms and Villa South expands in 120 m2 with three bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with private bathrooms and verandas for each one, and are accessible through the back, gaining independence from the common living areas of the house. The overall outdoor areas, consisting of the backyards, verandas and lounges have a total surface of 340 m2. This Villa can sleep up to 8 adults and a baby/child in a baby cot. It consists of: the master bedroom, one bedroom, with double bed (twin beds on request), one bedroom, with a double bed and a double loft bed (twin beds on request), the main living room and kitchen area, with a WC and storage room. Villa Highlights Unique and unobstructed full view of the Kastraki coastline and the Alyko cedar forest. Magnificent blending with the landscape and the environmentally protected areas that seclude the property. There are two outdoor lounges, one facing the east with a table and seating area, suitable for receiving breakfast and resting in the afternoon under the shade. One facing the west under the main pergola, with a large table, outdoor sofa and chaise lounges. Villa South has an outdoor swimming pool. All rooms have private bathrooms and entrances, air conditioning, heating, private veranda with pergola, desk area. Each veranda has a seating area with two armchairs and a small table. The bathrooms have showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction cooking top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing mashing with dryer, ironing board. Living room area has a large sofa, two lounge armchairs, TV and sound system. Hidden Hill is located at the south-west part of the island of Naxos, in the area called Oskelos – Kastraki, 15km on the main street from Naxos town. You can arrive using the local transportation from the port of Naxos, or with your own vehicle following the main street that leads to the villages Glinado, Vivlos, Mikri Vigla and Kastraki. Kastraki beach is a long approximately 3km sandy beach, still untouched, with turquoise waters. This beach has safe waters and is perfect for sunbathing, swimming and long beach walks. Here you can enjoy one of the most romantic and majestic sunsets on the island with the sun setting behind the mountains of Paros Island. The area is ideal for relaxing, walking, jogging, mountain biking, yoga, windsurf, kite surf, swimming, snorkeling or just as the base for your daily excursions to the rest of the beautiful places of Naxos. Between Kastraki and the adjacent Glyfada beach is the recently opened Naxos Kite Surf.
