The villa built and furnished in a modern style has a total surface of 130 square meters in a private garden of 550 square meters and a swimming pool. The villa consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower. There is a spacious living and dining room, including a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee, toaster, Fridge/Refrigerator, Kitchen with oven)
