Sea Front Villa is a beautiful holiday home in the area of Makria Myti of Alyki, a small seaside community in the southern part of Paros Island. The two-story villa, designed according to Aegean traditional architecture, enjoys an unmatched view of the surrounding area and it is a wonderful choice for families and groups of friends. Sea Front Villa, which (as you will certainly see) is more than aptly-named, is a unique present for you and your holidays, as it combines modern amenities, luxury and the traditional aesthetic. Whether you seek cosmopolitan life or isolation, the beach or the swimming pool. Sea Front Villa awaits for you. The villa can easily accommodate 6+1 guests in its 3 comfortable bedrooms. Entering the villa from its main door on the ground floor, the guest will find a master bedroom with a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, as well as two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a spacious storeroom. Additionally, in the master bedroom, the guests will find a sofa which can be easily converted into a bed. Walking up the stairs to the first floor, the guests will find a living room, perfectly combined with a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room, into a single, open-plan space. Sea Front Villa can indeed accommodate guests at literally any time of the year, as it features a fireplace and central heating for the winter, as well as fans in every room and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The verandas are spacious and offer a superb view of the surrounding area, every guest of ours has chosen the word breathtaking to describe so unique a view - be it summer, winter or any season in between! The vast outdoor spaces feature a spectacular private swimming pool (4.50m x 12.50m), which seemingly unites with the sea, a phenomenon you simply have to see. The pool is complete with sunbeds and parasols, and you can enjoy the lovely view of the sunset, while sitting by the swimming pool and sipping your favorite cocktail. Of course, for those who prefer the sea, there are two beaches, a mere 5 minutes walk away from the villa. One beach is remote, small and quiet, while the other is the Alyki Beach, which is popular among tourists and locals alike.

Sea Front Villa is located in the community of Makria Myti of Alyki, on the southeast side of Paros. The picturesque fishing village of Alyki is just a 10 minutes’ walk away. If you have rented a car, the island’s airport is 5 minutes’ drive away, and the Paroikia Port is 15-20 minutes away. The traditional taverns of the area offer many and various dishes, such as seafood and traditional cuisine. Of course, for those who prefer to cook in their home away from home, the area features shops which can supply you with all that is necessary. Well-organized sports schools and clubs offer a number of activities – and not only connected to water sports! Besides swimming, windsurfing, kite boarding and scuba diving, you can also engage in horse riding, tennis, trekking, yoga etc. There is a tennis court and a basketball field at 10’ walking distance from the house.
