The villa was booked through Booking.com in the usual way. Irene from the Villas got in touch before we flew to check our arrival time. Throughout communications were excellent. Not far from the Airport the villas were easily found using Google Maps. Located south of Rhodes town and near Kallithea they are in a great place to explore. A car is really helpful but buses and taxis could be used. The location is well off the main road and peaceful. The 3 villas are identical. We had the first which had great views to the sea and the south. The Villa was great . The pictures are accurate. It has 2 double bedrooms upstairs and a spacious shower room. I room faces the sea with a walk on balcony the other faces the entrance road. Downstairs a further double bedroom faces the access road and is next to a downstairs bathroom. The rest it the space is a combine kitchen, living, dining space with 2 large patio doors split with a log burner and chimney. The sloping ceiling double height space makes this an airy spacious place to relax. Rack room has up to date air conditioning. The view from this space is across the patio and pool to the sea. On the patio is a large table and chairs. The kitchen is decently equipped but could do with a few more items like a microwave and a selection of larger knives. It is however a good size and contemporary. Throughout our 1 week stay Irene was on hand to provide help if required. The general cleaner and pool cleaner attended regularly and the property while almost new was well maintained. These villas are highly recommended and we will come back.

Perfect villa, very spacious and great for a family holiday. Spent a week here during late October, nice new rooms with air-com and almost everything you need (including a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster etc.). Lovely view of the sea and perfect distance from the old town as well as some nice beaches. The staff are very friendly too, would definitely recommend and we would love to come back!
