Momentum Villas is a complex of 8 luxury residences, spread over 4 acres of land in the area of Ialysos, Rhodes and offers its guests privacy. Each villa of 135 sqm is designed with contemporary and modern architecture designed to create a familiar aura to the traveller and introduce a world of affordable luxury. It is an excellent choice for those who wish to combine their holidays with the comforts of a fully equipped home. Each villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a modern fully equipped kitchen, which includes a built-in oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, sandwich toaster, toaster, filter coffee maker, washing machine and tumble dryer. Moreover, on the same level, there is a bathroom, dining room and a spacious modern living room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, which have single or double beds, according to the desire of our guests as well as two bathrooms. Each villa has a smart TV with satellite connection, an independent cooling-heating system, free Wi-Fi, private parking and a garden with heated pool and smoke detectors. Smoking, pets and parties are prohibited in every home. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS-In each house you will find: serving and cooking items, a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, filter coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric steam iron, ironing board, hair dryer, a safe, a smart TV with satellite connection, a first-aid kit, first day toiletries, pool towels, a fire-safety system and smoke detectors. In the fridge you will find basic items such as milk, juice, jam and bread, which will meet your first needs when you arrive. Children of all ages are welcome. Infants and children up to 3 years of age can sleep free of charge in a baby cot. Older children are required to use the beds. Maximum number of guests and beds: 6 people (adults and children). In each house there will be extra bed sheets and towels depending on the number of visitors. For those who would like either a change of towels and linen or extra, there is a minimum charge (each extra set of linen: 5 euros, a set of towels: 3 euros, pool towels 3 euros). For guests staying longer than 7 days, linen and towels will be changed every 3 days. For reasons of hygiene, pool towels should not be used on the beach. Each house is provided with a complimentary cleaning service every two days. Visitors will be notified when they arrive about the day and time of cleaning.Villa size: 135 sqm. Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms. The pool is available to use between 1st of April to 30th of October each year. The pool is not functional during winter time.
