Villa The Perfect Beach House is built in an ideal location just on the beach of Lachania. It is surrounded by a huge field and offers privacy but also access to a secluded part of the beach. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms, which overlook the hills of Lachania and the garden with the fruit trees of the house. On the second floor, overlooking the sea and the private terraces are the 2 master bedrooms of the villa. The terrace of Perfect Beach House, on the ground floor, is very large and has a view to the sea. You will see and hear the sea no matter what you do on the terrace; whether you are reading your favorite book, sunbathing by the pool, grilling your favorite food on the BBQ or enjoying your evening cocktail. This villa and the surrounding space were built so that you never lose contact to the sea. The pool is the place where you will spend most of your time, sunbathing; unless you decide to go to the beach. The maximum depth is 2.5m. The BBQ is always ready to serve. Be creative and cook whatever you wish; sea food, steaks or burgers. The only thing you need to do is light the coals.

The most impressive of all the beaches of the island. Huge, with white sand and almost always deserted. It is about a 15-minute drive from PerfectBeachHouse and you have to get off the road and explore rugged roads, but it is worth it! You will be rewarded by its beauty. It is advised to take a beach umbrella (provided by PerfectBeachHouse), water and food so you can sit as long as you can. The church of Agios Markos, just outside the village of Lachania, is one of the hidden treasures of the island, waiting for you to discover them. In recent years you can enjoy your coffee and buy traditional products from the small shop that has opened next to the church (Colonia SAN MARCO cafe.) You will definitely visit the village of Lachania which is about 3 km away. From the Villa. Small streets, beautiful doors and great restaurants await you to discover. The artificial lake of Apolakkia is a very beautiful habitat. Amazing place for a day trip. The Rhodescape team has set up facilities to enjoy your coffee or beer, while you can do various activities such as archery, kayaking, horse riding, cycling, and hiking. The paradise of windsurfers & kite surfers everywhere. Just 15' drive away from the villa you will find the southernmost point of the island. If you are a fan of these sports you will go crazy. If not go fool around with the thousands of surfers who gather to tame the waves and gusts of wind. If you want to explore the island and have an appetite for driving, get in the car, proceed to Genadi, pass Vati (a beautiful small village), and head to Monolithos crossing the village of Apolakkia. The approximately 30 minutes drive will reward you with a visit to the imposing castle of Monolithos, as well as the other sights of the village. Soak up the sunset and return to the Villa to cool off in the pool when it starts to dusk. The picturesque harbor just south of Perfect Beach House is suitable for swimming and trying fresh fish in the picturesque fish tavern located just after the church.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour La maison est très agréable et bénéficie d'un bel emplacement en 1ere ligne du bord de mer Nous avions la plage pour nous seuls avec un aménagement prévu pour les locataires : petite zone ombragée avec chaises longues. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui étaient à notre écoute La piscine est agréable et entretenue pendant le séjour

The house is directly on the beach front so the views are amazing (do not get distracted if Booking wrongly shows the location in the middle of the Lachania village). The house has two master bedrooms in the first floor with a huge terrace and beautiful sea views and additional 4 other bedrooms with no sea view. The ground floor terrace is huge and it goes all around the house. On one side is beautiful pool and on the other huge table for 12 people and great barbecue with direct access to the kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped with all stuff that a good cook needs, including with spices and the like… Great addition to the house is a table tennis outside and a pool table in the living room. The house is huge and would be perfect for two large families (it has 6 bedrooms) The hosts Mariangela and Ioanna are super nice and welcomed us with cold drinks and watermelon an with surprise drinks in the fridge. On the last day they surprised us with a gift - delicious traditional local sweets. Super addition for everyone who wants organized beach with sun beds and umbrellas is that their first neighbor (still at least 500m away) is a Mojito bar with a nice restaurant, a beach bar and very chill-out atmosphere. We enjoyed the house very much. We were family of 4 but plan to return to the perfect beach house again with friends.
