Located only 5 minutes from the beach and just a few steps from the lovely traditional village of Kattavia, they offer a private swimming pool, secure parking, barbecue and luxurious rooms. These are eco-friendly villas, decorated with natural stone.Our luxury villas, Villa Romeo, Villa Juliette and Villa Panormitis, are closer than any other villa to the amazing and famous beach of Prasonisi! They are only 5 minutes far from this sandy paradise! Situated in the South of Rhodes, many of the loveliest Greek Villages are in the area such as Lachania, and Kattavia.Prasonisi Villas benefit from a peaceful, tranquil environment. Moreover, the beautiful beach of Apolakkia is just 3 minutes driving from the villas, and the sandy beach of Plimmiri 8 km away. For big groups or families, up to 13 people, there's the option to book both of two neighboring villas, depending on the availability.The beauty of the surrounding countryside and the proximity of Prasonisi beach make these villas a great environment for both groups of friends or families to enjoy a relaxing time together.Villa Romeo is the front villa of Prasonisi Villas' Complex. It's a two-floor villa of 90 sq.m. living space and 150 sq.m. private terrace. It's a new stylish villa which offers 27 sq.m. private swimming pool, BBQ, countryside view and privacy. Our villa Romeo has two queen bedrooms and one triple with bunk beds. Totally, it can accommodate up to 7 people plus one baby (in a baby cot). It's decorated with natural stone and wood, which offer a warm atmosphere for relaxing. All the bedrooms have top quality mattresses and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it also has dish washer. The villa has two bathrooms with shower.The luxurious private swimming pool has light blue mosaic, overflow with white marbles and marble stairs as well. Next to the pool there's a barbecue with charcoals, and shower.

Also they are closer than any other villa to the amazing sandy beach of Prasonisi, famous for wind surfing and kite surfing! They are only 5 minutes far from this golden sand’s paradise! Moreover, the beautiful beach of Apolakkia is just 3 minutes driving from the villas, and the lovely beach of Plimmiri 9 km away. The traditional village of Kattavia, where you can find grocery store and restaurants, is just a few steps away.
