We returned to this magnificent island of Santorini after over a decade this time with our four children ... our choice to stay in Oia was definitely the right one. The place had spectacular views and if you’re like me would prefer the privacy of the the balcony below but the rest of my family viewed three sunsets from the top balcony ( ofcourse I joined them ☺️). Crowds appear but then quickly disperse when the sun goes down. The beautiful cave had gorgeous decor and little extras such as bath gowns/slippers, tea coffee and a bag of ice in the freezer. The property is big enough but cosy. We struggled with one toilet but managed. Our beds were made daily and rubbish was wisked away daily too. We hired a car to visit the beaches, but remember no off street parking here- we found parking maybe five minutes walk away. Wasn’t too far. With three nights we felt sad to leave but enough felt we had time to explore and enjoy this beautiful island. Would definitely recommend.
