The Arge Villa is a vacation home located in the quiet Varres Village, just 2 kilometers form Zante town. This private, gated plot with 120 square meters of spacious, comfortable and bright living areas, a swimming pool, BBQ, seating areas in the shade or under the sun is ideal for a large family or a group of friends. The spacious verandas offer pretty views of the garden, the mountains and the refreshing swimming pool. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 + 1 people. It consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to create a double bed, bathroom with shower, living room with couch that coverts to a bed, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and access to the swimming pool. The stairs will take you to the first floor where you will find 2 more bedrooms, each with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub and furnished verandas offering beautiful garden, mountain and pool views. Outside you will find a parking area, a BBQ, a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas as well as a dining table where you can enjoy your meal under the Greek sky. At the Arge Villa, you will enjoy a memorable and fun stay. Everything you need is provided. The friendly owners will be happy to answer any of your questions as well as offer tips on the best places to explore on the island.

Varres is a village located very close to Zante town and the renowned Tsilivi tourist resort. This key location provides many choices. Guests can enjoy the quiet surroundings of the village, head to town for some cultural entertainment such as museums, churches, historical squares and the Venetian Castle or visit the neighboring fun-filled Tsilivi for restaurants, bars, taverns, the water village as well as the long sandy beach.

We were greeted at the airport by the owner you quickly helped with our bags and getting to our rental car then drove in front of us showing us the way to the villa. Once we got to the villa he was really friendly and informative and showed us round his lovely property, you can tell he loved the place and looks after it well, first impressions was this was more of a 'home' than a standard holiday rental with cheap bits of furniture and bland colours. This was the opposite, nice comfy furniture, beautiful colours, art on the wall, the lot. We were greeted with lovely homely furniture, decent tv's in each of the rooms, and some. The outside space is wonderful, lovely pool, garden furniture and even a proper classic bbq to cook on which we used a few times. The pool was cleaned daily and the place was spotless every morning. Inside the living room is spacious, lots of seating, all your electricals like tv's and dvd player and proper wifi with decent speeds! Bedrooms were all lovely decorated, each with their tv, spacious, really comfy beds. Nice bathroom upstairs with a tub and a shower downstairs too which was a bonus. Really comfortable settings. Kitchen has everything you could need, all the little mods like coffee machine, microwave, pannini maker, washing machine, the lot. The fridge was even stocked with a days supply of food to help us on our way. All in all a lovely stay and we will book again, the whole experience was wonderful because of the base we had. 5 mins drive from either Zante Town or Tsivili but a bit back from the hustle and bustle. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Perfect location owner was very helpful when he met us at the villa they sorted everything out for us before we arrived. Perfect location 2 mins taxi drive into town or a 20 minute walk very quiet and relaxing.

La villa e' bellissima e la possibilità di avere una piscina privata e' meravigliosa!!!! Pulizie della casa a giorni fissi ma ci si può accordare con la ragazza (peraltro molto gentile e brava) per l'orario; anche la piscina viene pulita e controllata. La posizione e' in una zona tranquilla e permette di raggiungere in poco tempo tutte le spiagge più belle di Zakynthos, ed in pochi minuti il centro di Zante Town.
