Artemis Villas are two luxurious vacation homes near the village of Katastari, Zakynthos, each suitable for 8+2 guests. Each Villa offers private space,swimming pool and built BBQ. The Villas are a perfect option for groups of friends and families that desire a luxurious home near a traditional village, while not being far away from shops, restaurants and popular tourist resorts. Each Villa measures an impressive 235 square meters, and can sleep up to 8+2 guests. The villa is spread on two levels: on the ground floor, there is a tastefully decorated, open-plan living room, perfectly combined with the kitchen and the dining area. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a furnished veranda with direct access to the swimming pool. On the second floor, the guests will find two master bedrooms with queen-sized beds and private bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), and two bedrooms with twin single beds (that can be combined into queen-sized ones) which share a bathroom with a shower. The guests will certainly delight in the accommodation offered, as luxury is combined with a wonderful view of the sea and the pool from every bedroom. Every Villa has its own private space, swimming pool and built BBQ, and there is a dividing wall between the two Artemis Villas. Both villas can be booked by large groups (e.g. 20 persons)! Additionally, the owners manage two restaurants – the guests may arrange dinner on request with delivery service!

Artemis Villas are located in the vicinity of Katastari settlement. Katastari is the largest village of Zakynthos Island, and it is very near the Alykes popular tourist resort. Do not miss the lovely, sandy organized beach! The Katastari village has everything you might need: bakers, supermarkets, pharmacy, and various other shops.

Eine traumhafte Villa, wunderschön gelegen mit Blick aufs Meer. Eigener Pool und viele Sitzgelegenheiten, man hatte die Qual der Wahl. Die Villa bietet Platz für 8 Personen, es gibt 4 Schlaf- und 4 Badezimmer, alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Isabelle empfangen, durften sogar schon früher ins Haus. Besonders fanden wir auch, dass der Kühlschrank bereits gefüllt war und wir sogar Croissants zur Begrüßung bekamen (alles bereits im Preis enthalten!) und wir uns so den ersten Einkauf sparen und statt dessen ein erstes Bad im Pool nehmen konnten. Handtücher am Pool waren ebenfalls dabei. Alles in allem wirklich toll, sehr empfehlenswert!

This place is absolutely stunning. The view is so nice over the sea and even Turtle Island can be seen when there‘s good weather conditions. Everything in the house is modern, clean and stylish. You find everything you need in the kitchen, facility is just great. Pool is also a highlight and so is the BBQ are. I have seen quite some places but this Villa is really perfect. We were a group of 9 people and everybody loved it. Isabelle - the host and owner - is so nice and helpful. Thanks again! We come back.

We have a wonderful week at the Villa. The view was fantastic and the Villa was so comportable. The service was perfect, everyday we have clean rooms. The way to the Villa is a little bit difficult but no problem with a small car. We spent great hours at the Pool and Barbecue. We can definitely recommend the villa!
