Artina Luxury Villa is built on a private property measuring 21 acres, on a hill overlooking the gulf of Keri, Marathonisi Island and the blue waters of the Ionian Sea. These breathtaking panoramic views will draw you in creating a unique paradise-like feel that will make your vacation heavenly. The beach is just a few meters through a private footpath. The villa is modernly equipped and elegantly furnished and decorated in order to offer guests luxury and comfort throughout. Every detail has been added with great care towards fulfilling guests preferences and wishes when on holiday. Artina Villa can accommodate up to 8 people, 6 in 3 large bedrooms and 2 more in the sofa beds in the living room. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, there is one more extra bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with all utilities such as microwave oven, espresso machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, large cooker and refrigerator, dining table, living room with 2 sofa beds and fireplace. There is a 42 inch plasma satellite TV with CD-DVD player and playstation in the living room and a 32 inch plasma satellite TV in every bedroom. Air conditioning (cold/heat) and WiFi internet access is available throughout. The villa also features many floor to ceiling windows that lead to spacious verandas offering unobstructed views of the endless blue sea and the majestic mountains in the surrounding area. Outside, you are greeted by a private, paved driveway leading to the villa, well kept lawns in multiple levels, a state of the art heated* swimming pool with waterfalls, aero-massage and hydro-massage, shaded verandas, a sun terrace as well as an outdoor bar where you can enjoy your drinks and cocktails while gazing the endless blue of Keri bay. Soak in some sun by the pool, dine al fresco on the shaded veranda or just lie on the grass and take in the magical scenery. The Artina Villa, your dream villa. *Optional, upon request, pool heating fee of 160 EUR per night is not included in the rates and is payable at the villa by cash only

Amazing villa in Zakythos What a wonderful experience. The house is amazing, the family who run it are just wonderful and it's really one of those holidays that you will remember for a long time and have some wonderful memories from. The house was perfectly clean and the fridge was full and there was a lot of fruits and vegetables! The view was spectacular and was the reason we chose it, but the villa itself with the infinity pool and stunning gardens was everything we could have wished for.

What a view The Villa is very nice and the view is Amazing! Iaonnis and his son Dennis are very gentle peoples . They are very helpfull for many things and informations(restaurants’boat trip’etc....) The house was perfectly clean and the fridge was full and there was a lot of fruits and vegetables! They are olive oil and wine producers so they give you some for tasting. Our advice for restaurants in Zakynthos are: Prosilio,Al Nur and Isalos

Breathtaking, Comfortable Villa My wife and I recently stayed at Artina Villa for a week and had our wedding reception there. Yiannis and Dennis were super helpful, professional and welcoming. Upon arrival, the fridge was stocked with food and drinks. We were also given a handsome spread of fruits and vegetables to enjoy. The view of Marathonisi is simply breathtaking. Keri Village/Beach is only a short walk away. The Villa is cleaned spotless daily. The attention to detail on everything from the architecture to the bathroom towels is second to none. Not enough good can be said about this place! Yianni and Dennis were very accommodating to my wife and I, and provided an unforgettable wedding party for us and our 108 guests. They helped create a wonderful lasting memory in our live, and we will never forget it! Artina Villa is highly, highly recommended!
