We are looking forward to welcoming you to this amazing haven, far from every day life and the loud city environment and to introducing you to the unique surroundings of the mountainous landscape and striking clear blue sea.Blue Caves Villas it's a private, peaceful and romantic villa complex of 6 traditional Zakynthian stone houses, overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing holidays with various opportunities in terms of privacy, leisure and pleasure. The abundance of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking,swimming, fishing or for the more adventurous: diving in the crystal clear sea, canoeing or exploring the mountain side, will tempt every visitor and make for unforgettable experiences. All the villas have private pools with hydo-massage, direct access to the sea and spectacular "Priest's Cave" where a monk allegedly used this cave for meditation in the old days. Deep Blue is 250 sqm, Zakynthian style 4 bedroom villa with private pool and hydro-massage area. Offers privacy, comfortable accommodation and facilities for 8 up to 9 persons. Constructed in harmony with its natural environment, nicely decorated and fully equipped to accommodate home comforts. It has private pool as well as direct access to the sea which can be reached on foot by a path that leads to an impressive Priest's Cave. The surrounding of the villa includes aromatic herbal garden and areas for relaxing and dining outdoors. The main villa has 3 bedrooms and is splitting on three levels. Upstairs: master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Lower floor: overlooking the sea living room with fireplace and exit to 60sqm covered veranda with dining table for 10 people. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern equipment including gas oven, gas/electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, espresso and filter coffee machines, dishwasher and washing machine. Downstairs: double bedroom (40 sqm) and twin bedroom (35 sqm) both with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. These bedrooms have independent entrances and their own terraces with sea view. All the bedrooms in the villa have mosquito nets. The Guesthouse: it's an independent part of Deep Blue Villa, 50 sqm air-conditioned studio with his own privacy and beautiful sea view to Kefalonia Island and pool. It has large bedroom with double bed, well equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Can house 2 up to 3 persons.

We are located in the most beautiful and tranquil Northen part of Zakynthos: 30 km from the main town and airport and 2.5 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos, which connects Zakynthos with Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat). Our four villas are situated on private land of over 40.000 sqm just above the famous Blue Caves and 20 minutes boat ride to the famous Navagio – the Shipwreck. They enjoy magnificent views incorporating both Vasilikos and Alykes bay, and the shores of the Peloponnese and Kefalonia Island. Blue Caves Villas have direct access to the sea by way of a stone path constructed with great care leading down to the sea and to the impressive Priest's Cave.
