Blue Caves Villas it's a private, peaceful and romantic villa complex of 6 traditional Zakynthian stone houses, overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing holidays with various opportunities in terms of privacy, leisure and pleasure. The abundance of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking,swimming, fishing or for the more adventurous: diving in the crystal clear sea, canoeing or exploring the mountain side, will tempt every visitor and make for unforgettable experiences.All the villas have private pools with hydo-massage, direct access to the sea and spectacular "Priest's Cave" where a monk allegedly used this cave for meditation in the old days. Villa Fantasia Its our newly built single storey accessible villa with 2 en-suite bedrooms for 4 persons. The villa is combining traditional stone house architecture with high quality accommodation. Panoramic views overlooking the vineyard the sea and beyond. Features 100 sqm. Spacious and light with fully glazed outlook facing the pool area, vineyard and sea. There is dining table in the open plan kitchen as well as outdoor under the covered veranda. The surrounding spaces of the villa feature outdoor covered living areas, private swimming pool with hydro-massage spot, and direct access to the sea. Design for accessibility. Fantasia is based on inclusive design architectural disciplines and friendly for disable people as well. The interior minimalistic design apart from the high quality accommodation, functionalism, safety and comfort serves the facilities including wide doorways, specially adapted bathroom, kitchen and indoor and outdoor living areas. It is a fully accessible house whilst combining deep relaxation and enjoyment for all with its own accessible private pool.

We are located in the most beautiful and tranquil Northen part of Zakynthos: 30 km from the main town and airport and 2.5 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos, which connects Zakynthos with Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat). Our four villas are situated on private land of over 40.000 sqm just above the famous Blue Caves and 20 minutes boat ride to the famous Navagio – the Shipwreck. They enjoy magnificent views incorporating both Vasilikos and Alykes bay, and the shores of the Peloponnese and Kefalonia Island. Blue Caves Villas have direct access to the sea by way of a stone path constructed with great care leading down to the sea and to the impressive Priest's Cave.

A real paradise If you are looking for a place away from the crowds and in the most beautiful corner of the island, this is the place to go. Most friendly welcome by the owner who looks after you at all times. Fully and tastefully furnished villas offering everything one can imagine. A place we will definitely come back to!

Amazing stay at Villa Fantasia We stayed at Villa Fantasia in July 2017. We booked directly with Blue Cave Villas, and Monika was most helpful, and assisted us with renting the car for our stay in Greece. We received a warm welcome from Giorgos, the owner, and instructions for arrival were very clear. The villa is more beautiful than in the photographs. The situation of the villa is perfect - it is on a quiet part of the island, away from the crowds, but near the town, which has everything you will need for your stay. The restaurants were authentic and the food was delicious. The villa itself is beautiful - it has all the modern conveniences but it felt authentic in character. The bedrooms were very comfortable the the AC was appreciated. The setting of the villa is incredible - there is a walk down to the sea, and this is one of the best parts of the stay - the sea is warm and clear, and it is easy to swim or kayak to the caves nearby. The little bay is spectacular. We loved the sea and used the kayaks and snorkelling equipment every day. We received fresh figs from the grounds during our stay, which were heavenly. The outdoor gym was excellent - well maintained and fun. As it was a very hot summer, we spent long, leisurely days at the house, reading and swimming in the wonderful pool, and then we would head down in the afternoon to the sea. We took few trips away, but really enjoyed the trip to Navagio beach - we took a short boat journey to the beach with the spectacular shipwreck. It was a blissful holiday and we hope to return one day soon. The owner could not have been more helpful, charming and kind. This holiday was the best of Greece. Thanks to Giorgos, Monika and the team. Sorry it has taken us so long to write our review!
