Blue Caves Villas it's a private, peaceful and romantic villa complex of 6 traditional Zakynthian stone houses, overlooking the sea, perfect for relaxing holidays with various opportunities in terms of privacy, leisure and pleasure. The abundance of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking,swimming, fishing or for the more adventurous: diving in the crystal clear sea, canoeing or exploring the mountain side, will tempt every visitor and make for unforgettable experiences. All the villas have private pools with hydo-massage, direct access to the sea and spectacular "Priest's Cave" where a monk allegedly used this cave for meditation in the old days. Villa Harmonia with 4 en-suite bedrooms, beautifully designed stone built villa can accommodate 8 to 10 persons. It features its own private pool with hydro-massage exclusive indoor hammam and it has direct access to the sea. Features 200 sqm, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms, comfortable sitting/dining room with traditional stone fireplace, open plan fully equipped kitchen, covered veranda with dining table overlooking the sea and private infinity pool with hydro-massage spot (massaging & swimming against the stream) sun loungers, exterior barbecue & ping pong table. Lower floor: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: cooking utensils, gas stove and oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, juicer, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa offers both indoor and outdoor dining. The sitting-dining room with fully glazed outlook facing the pool area. Dinning table under the covered veranda with breathtaking views of Kefalonia and the wonderful surroundings.

We are located in the most beautiful and tranquil Northen part of Zakynthos: 30 km from the main town and airport and 2.5 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos, which connects Zakynthos with Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat). Our four villas are situated on private land of over 40.000 sqm just above the famous Blue Caves and 20 minutes boat ride to the famous Navagio – the Shipwreck. They enjoy magnificent views incorporating both Vasilikos and Alykes bay, and the shores of the Peloponnese and Kefalonia Island. Blue Caves Villas have direct access to the sea by way of a stone path constructed with great care leading down to the sea and to the impressive Priest's Cave.
