Elia Villa is a newly built, two-story vacation home in the vicinity of Zante Town, an ideal location for relaxing holidays, be it for couples, groups of friends or families, close to every amenity an island capital can offer. The villa is modernly decorated, with a distinct minimalist feel, and it offers a multitude of facilities. The combination of the aforementioned characteristics with the spectacular swimming pool and the quiet location which is surrounded by olive trees, makes Elia Villa the best choice for memorable Zakynthos holidays. The villa measures 180 square meters and consists of two stories. On the ground floor, one can find the fully equipped kitchen (complete with a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a toaster), the living room and the dining area, which features a beautiful single-wood table. On the same floor there is also a WC and a storeroom with a washer. Walking up the stairs one will find two bedrooms (one equipped with a queen-sized bed and another with two single ones) that share a common bathroom and access a balcony with a view of the swimming pool. There is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, couch that converts to a bed, a private bathroom and a balcony with a stunning view of the sea. Stepping outside, there is a beautiful swimming pool (3.5m x 8m) with a maximum depth of 1.50m, complete with parasols, chaises longues, outdoor shower and a hammock. There is a built BBQ, so that the guests can grill the meals they desire, and an outdoor dining area to savor them. You can relax sitting outside and letting the evergreen surrounding olive trees calm your soul.

Literally heaven. We stayed here for 3 nights in late October and it was still beautiful and warm. This villa is stunning, perfectly set up for relaxing by the pool and sharing meals in the evening, but still with sufficient privacy upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s a great sound system for music, and the doors all have good mosquito nets for the evenings. It’s perfectly located close to the main town, although having a car on Zakynthos is almost a necessity, and is easy to venture out during the day and night into town or to the beaches on the island. Maria is an exceptional host who answered all of our messages very promptly and helped with any questions we had about the island during our stay. Very very highly recommended!

Highest quality. Stunning pool and setting. Peaceful but close to Zakynthos and Tsivili. Convenient and friendly local shop and islands best restaurant in short walking distance. (200m) Impeccably clean and cleaned daily. Pool cleaned regularly. Fittings and furniture of standard this stunning villa deserves. Maria is a wonderful host. Friendly and helpful on welcome and contactable throughout. I was taken I’ll on holiday and had to return home. Maria helped arrange things so my wife and children could stay and finish the vacation. Wonderfully helpful. A great place to stay. We will return.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Brand new, luxurious, modern and built with great care and passion! The house is located on a perfect spot to explore Zakynthos. The house was clean (and was cleaned throughout the week) and the swimming pool a joy! Maria, our host, is very welcoming and took great care! Again, a great place to stay!
