Emerald Vilas is a gated complex consisting of eight luxurious four star villas. These Zakynthian inspired villas are separated into two different types: Classic Villas: Four traditional style villas suitable for couples or families up to 4 people. Each villa has two floors, 80sqm interior space and 185sqm exterior fenced space including private pool. Classic Superior Villas: Four stone built villas suitable for couples, families or groups up to 6 people. Each villa has two floors, 105sqm interior space and 185sqm exterior fenced space including private pool.

The North side of Zakynthos is like a step back in time! Small traditional villages, with some of the best preserved buildings on Zante, survivors of the 1953 earthquake. Smiling locals ready to welcome you. Scenic drives and dramatic cliffs make the perfect experience of a Greek Holiday. Agios Nikolaos is a small settlement with a small cove on the north-eastern side of Zakynthos. It’s situated 30km away from Zakynthos Town and 35km away from Dionisios Solomos – International Airport.

Excellent Honeymoon stay We stayed at the Emerald Suites for 1 week for our honeymoon. It was an excellent stay, with hardly anything to comment on. The suite was wonderful, clean and wide bathrooms, breathtaking view. What you don't see on the photos, is the calm, the privacy you get, and mostly the best service by Aggelos, who was a charm. I know next time, I won't plan my Zakynthos stay ahead, I'll just ask him what to do :) He is also very helpful for any order, delivery, advice and tips you need. You get a kitchenette in the room, so perfect for making a little meal for those times you feel like relaxing in the suite, which sometimes was way better than going to a restaurant.

Good experience at Emerald Villas A very good overall experience at Emerald Villas. We needed to leave our luggage a few hours before check in and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. When we arrived back the luggage had already been taken to our villa. The very friendly receptionist took us to the villa and explained everything, and there was a lovely welcome pack. The villa was well equipped and had a TV with Netflix plus another TV in the main bedroom. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, including the cleaners. Very good privacy, and just a short walk away from a few good restaurants with views over the bay. There were also menus from two good local restaurants who run a very good delivery service, and we found that really useful.

Best Views, Best Villas We could not have picked a better place to spend our week in Zakynthos. The Suites are situated up north of the island, which is away from the crowds and in my opinion, a prettier part of the island. The Villas are perfectly positioned at the top of a hill over looking Port Saint Nicholas and then sweeping south. 180 degree panoramic view. Very cleverly designed Villas is all you need to be completely comfortable with a wonderful feeling of space !!! Infinity Pool, loungers, braai area, Jacuzzi, umbrella etc. Beautifully finished and furnished. Plus the added bonus of having 5 restaurants in a 2km distance. Do yourself a favour... and stay there !!!!!
