Emerald Villas is a gated complex consisting of eight luxurious four star villas. Emerald Deluxe Villas is a newly built complex committed to making your holiday experience in Zante an unforgettable one. In an exceptional location, on the top of a private hill, away from prying eyes and annoying noises, the villas offer absolute privacy, luxurious services and breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea. All villas have been decorated with elegance and style and they provide all the modern amenities and conveniences for a pleasant and comfortable stay. A two-storey villa placed in an area of 440sqm. (180sqm interior space and 260sqm exterior fenced space). The villa accommodates a maximum of 8 people in four bedrooms. On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining area with a fireplace, a large corner sofa and patio doors, fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances and a full range of cooking equipment/utensils, a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite full bathroom and a twin bedroom with a shower/w-c room next to it. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A marble staircase leads you to the first floor that consists of two more bedrooms: one master bedroom (double bed) with en-suite full bathroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The outside of the villa is designed to offer you maximum privacy and unobstructed views over the Ionian Sea There is a swimming pool with hydro massage for up to four people, children's pool, play-ground, lounge area, dining area, built BBQ, shower with cold/hot water, sun beds and parasols.
