The North side of Zakynthos is like a step back in time! Small traditional villages, with some of the best preserved buildings on Zante, survivors of the 1953 earthquake. Agios Nikolaos is a small settlement with a small cove on the north-eastern side of Zakynthos. It’s situated 30km away from Zakynthos Town and 35km away from Dionisios Solomos – International Airport.

Our best holiday in ages Our Suite was located in Agios Nikolaos overlooking the beautiful straight between Zakynthos and the Peloponnese, close to the blue caves. We arrived quite late (10pm) as we only caught a late ferry from Kyllini and Violet had to stay and wait for us at reception pushing overtime without even commenting on us being late. She showed us our suite and we stood there awestruck by the beauty of the design, the phenomenal view and at the sight of the infinity pool blending into the horizon. Violet mad our stay extraordinarily pleasant and went the extra mile to meet all our silly request. It was my girlfriends birthday and Violet ordered and collected a customised cake all the way from Zante town for us. Furthermore she helped us in retrieving and collecting some missing items we forgot in our previous hotel and was extremely helpful in organising activities with local providers (which without her negotiations would have charged us way more). We stayed for 7 nights and could have added another week with ease as time went by so quickly. This was definitely our nicest holiday in a long time. Thanks to Violet and the housekeepers that made our stay absolutely fantastic.

Fantastic suite and breathtaking views The Emerald Suites are stylish and modern with exceptional interior design. Huge bathroom, very comfortable bed, great seating area plus the outdoor space with pool. I knew that the suite was going to be lovely, from their websites gallery, but the suite with the beautiful panoramic view took my breath away. I nearly cried! The staff were extremely lovely and helpful, and phoned daily to see if we wanted house keeping, which was great. Outside area was very private, not overlooked by anyone else, with several different seating, We loved reading in the deckchairs, much more comfortable than a sun bed. We wanted a relaxing week by the pool so didn't venture out very much, but we could see there was plenty to do. We will definately be returning for longer next time, so we can see the sights then. Fantastic holiday, one of the best!

The Best!! Everything was perfect. The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. There was a private pool with a breathtaking view. The reception was very kind and helpful. There are also some really good restaurants nearby. It was the Best!!!!!!!!!!
