Paradisso Beach Villas are situated in a private beachfront property only a 2 minute walk from Ammoudi beach. All our Villas have privacy and breathtaking unobstructed views and are recently renovated each with unique features and ultimate comfort. Our property also provides our guests with access to a private rocky beach with umbrellas and sunbeds.In soft tones of blue, with sophisticated details and decoration, Villa Margarita consists of two floors and can accommodate 4-5 guests. At the ground floor, the guest is welcomed by a comfortable living room with a fireplace and dining room. In that space, a fifth guest can be accommodated in an atmospheric sofa bed with big pillows and soft illumination. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped to provide independecy. On the next level there is an elegant master bedroom in pale blue tones and wonderful sea view from all the windows, as well as the first bathroom decorated with mosaic tiles. A few stairs up, guests will find the second bedroom with two single beds, the second bathroom and a private veranda that completes the scenery with airy ambience and an impressive day bed for true summer relaxation. The exterior comprises of a deck patio with a second daybed, garden furniture and sunbeds. The Villa has its own little path that leads to the beach.

Paradisso Beach Villas are located in the west side of Zakynthos Island at the Village of Ammoudi, which literally translates to: a golden sandy beach with shallow waters , ideal for safe swimming that everyone can enjoy, even very small children. A small and quiet green peninsula that ends in the turquoise Ionian waters is surrounding the three Villas, with the crystal clear sea and sandy beach being awarded repeatedly with a Blue Flag. Paradisso Luxury Beach Villas is located in Zakynthos, at the quiet village of Ammoudi, just 1 km from Alikanas village and 2 km from Alykes. The town of Zakynthos is just 12 km distance from us. Zakynthos is connected with frequent flights via Zakynthos National Airport (ZTH) to/from many European and International cities and also via Athens International Airport (ATH) with a flight time of only 40 minutes. For guests arriving in Athens there is the possibility of transfer with a limousine/luxury car to Zakynthos, with a drive time of approximately 4,5 hours including the ferry boat. Frequent ferry service (1 hour) from Kyllini port in Peloponnese, which is only 45 km from the port of Patras, the main entrance from Italy.

From the moment we arrived at Paradisso, we were instantly made to relax and feel at home by our wonderful host Antonia. Our accommodation was absolutely fantastic and the views overlooking the Ionian Sea were breathtaking, in particular, watching the sunrise, sunsets, birds and turtles. We were spoilt for choice with a selection of near-by restaurants which offered excellent food and wines. Paradisso's private beaches are the perfect escape for those looking to relax and truly unwind. The gardens were beautiful, peaceful and tranquil and we got to experience a little piece of paradise which we would highly recommend visiting.

Luxurious, relaxing, quiet, beautiful house with sea view and a private beach. My wife and I stayed at this property during August for a weekend. The property and grounds are immaculate and very well maintained. Our house was a deluxe luxury with a sea view and I have to say it was large, impeccably clean and well furnished with a kitchen, two rooms and two balconies with an amazing landscape. This place for me has a homey feel; the host was very warm and welcoming. Thanks so much for a great stay, would definitely come back!
